About Our Impruneta Terra Cotta
Impruneta, a village in the Tuscan hills outside Florence, Italy, is home to the finest terra cotta in the world. Local mineral rich soil is used to create a clay that is then hand crafted by skilled artisans into garden planters, pots and saucers of enviable quality and enduring beauty.
Our Impruneta terra cotta is of the finest quality and is frost resistant. Appropriate care should be taken to prevent freezing water especially at the base of the pots. Pots have a drainage hole.
